Beautiful hotel but I was most impressed by the service we received from the staff..they went over and above to make our stay memorable. We would highly recommend a stay here and look forward to returning again soon ourselves

First time in Ireland and chose this hotel as our base between Cork and Killorglin, staff are so friendly and helpful, rooms were clean,comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was fabulous. Shame we didn’t have time to enjoy the local area more but look forward to coming back in the future.

I was here for a family celebration and I stayed overnight. Food and accommodation were top class. All the staff were very helpful.

The hote was lovely , the staff were so polite room was perfect , we enjoyed a dinner there , and a few drinks at the bar the whole experience was delightful, highly reccomend at stop of here , thanks guys

The room was large, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Staff were invariably pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay.

Castle Hotel, Macroom The location of the Castle Hotel, Macroom is just perfect for seeing some of West Cork and Kerry. The hotel room was clean, nice and very spacious. Breakfast was lovely and there was a wide choice of food on offer. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.

Server Carole in the breakfast area is a treasure. Bright, cheery, attentive. She made sure we had a good start to our daily 5.

We had a lovely stay at the Castle Hotel. The room was spacious, stylish modern suite. The staff were most friendly and professional. We dined at the hotel having both dinner and breakfast and it was excellent, using quality produce. It was an ideal location in the Town as we attended the Macroom Music festival.

A very good address, with everything your heart desires. We received a very friendly welcome and were able to store our bikes dry inside the hotel. The stay at the Castle Hotel was very relaxing, accompanied by very attentive, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel exudes a cozy, dignified atmosphere. Very lively, authentic and professional. The cuisine is excellent! The rooms are very large and in our case very quiet. We really liked the combination of a separate cafe, which is very lively and well frequented, a bar and restaurant, always with good food and great service. Everything was top notch!

Its over 15 years since I regularly stayed in the Castle Hotel in Macroom, and I was pleased to see that many of the staff that I previously knew were still there which speaks very highly of the establishment. Indeed, I was surprised that many of these staff recognised me after such a long time. This family-run hotel and its staff are extremely customer-orientated, genuinely friendly and accommodating. The guest rooms are very comfortable and the food is excellent.

We enjoyed the hospitality and the facility as well as the food served in the restaurant. We plan to return to Castle Hotel on our next visit.

We had a very pleasant overnight stay, also had lunch and dinner. We found the staff to be excellent, the food good and the bedroom comfortable. The room was a surprisingly long walk from reception, but no problem. Free car parking was a bonus.

Good place to stay, friendly staff...... Good standard rooms. Good breakfast.
