Wedding Terms & Conditions
A deposit is required on confirmation of the date €650 non-refundable deposit.
An indication of numbers for the reception should be given 14 days prior to the date with final numbers confirmed 1 week before reception. This number will be the maximum number to be charged on the day. A proforma invoice will be sent on at this stage with the account. This must be settled 3 days prior to the wedding day.
All menus to be confirmed 14 days prior to the Reception.
Menu prices are current prices and may be subject to change. Prices may also be subject to availability and seasonal change.
With the exception of the Wedding Cake, the Hotel does not permit any food or beverage to be brought onto the hotel for consumption on the premises, other than what is purchased by the hotel.
Wine corkage is charged at €10 for a 75cl bottle and Champagne at €15.
Due to the difficulty in keeping cooked food in prime condition we would like to impress upon the Wedding Party the importance of time keeping.
Please note that all accounts must be settled on the day at reception by Bank Draft or Cash.
Dining must be arranged for not later than 5.30pm.
